Kevin is our lead registered dietitian. He graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Nutritional Science with a concentration in Dietetics. Kevin has a background as an acute care, clinical dietitian. Kevin competes in powerlifting and rock-climbing events, and is an avid skier.

Our British guy, Phil, has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. In that time he has traveled extensively as a health and fitness presenter offering individual and group exercise workshops, fitness business skills, soccer training and kids fitness programming at international and domestic conferences and conventions. Phil owns a fitness education company that designs and delivers instructor training programs across Japan, and he also coaches one on one soccer and pickleball to kids and adults. He’s looking forward to helping you reach your health and fitness goals.
