Kevin is our lead registered dietitian. He graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Nutritional Science with a concentration in Dietetics. Kevin has a background as an acute care, clinical dietitian. He now works primarily with folks trying to lose fat and build muscle. Kevin competes in powerlifting, and is an avid skier.

Over the past seven years, Jonah has served as the head strength and conditioning coach at the prep school level, playing a key role in the development of 12 Division 1 football athletes.
