Kevin is our lead registered dietitian. He graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Nutritional Science with a concentration in Dietetics. Kevin has a background as an acute care, clinical dietitian. He now works primarily with folks trying to lose fat, build muscle, and manage their health conditions. Kevin has experience working with folks with fatty liver (NAFLD/MASLD), type II diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and overweight/obesity. Originally from Chicago, Veronica's passion for human performance began as a Health/PE teacher and physical trainer for recruits at the Monterey County Police Academy. Now as a Personal Trainer and CSCS, Veronica has spent the last several years refining her approach at Equinox Palo Alto and at the high school level, where she has helped athletes across 13 different sports reach their peak.
