Movement pattern analysis is a method of analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of a movement pattern. It involves studying the individual components of the pattern, such as the timing, the speed, and the force of the movement. In addition to studying the overall pattern: the range of motion and the coordination of the upper and lower body.
In this 60 minute session our specialists will identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations, including strengthening and mobility exercises.
These exercises can be utilized in isolation, or incorporated into your current SVNP Training Program.
