Kevin is our lead registered dietitian. He graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Nutritional Science with a concentration in Dietetics. Kevin currently practices as an acute care, clinical dietitian at a local hospital. He is also the VP of Membership for the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Silicon Valley District. Kevin competes in powerlifting and rock-climbing events, and is an avid skier.
Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer (NFPT) – Certified Personal Trainer
Dela is our lead personal trainer. His expertise is in designing and delivering customized wellness/physical fitness training programs. Dela has worked with a large variety of clientele, ranging from beginner weight lifters to high performance athletes.
USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certification
Tinh is our lead strength coach. He has competed and placed in multiple powerlifting events, including placing first twice in the master’s category. Tinh has also competed in multiple long distance events including marathons and century bike rides.
Flex and Conditioning
Sasha is our lead flex and conditioning coach. She has obtained multiple degrees in the health and fitness field including: a B.S. in Management of Physical Health Improvement from Belarusian State Pedagogical University, a Masters in Physical Culture, and a PhD in Professional Education both from RSUPE. Sasha has over 15 years of experience as a dance teacher and flex/conditioning coach. In addition to being our lead flex and conditioning coach, she is currently teaching ballet, gymnastics, contemporary dance, and hip-hop at various local studios and schools.

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Oscar coaches CrossFit style training programs incorporating a wide range of exercises and movements. His focus is on improving fundamental movement techniques and mobility to achieve better performance and results. When he is not working out, you can find him decompressing with yoga, playing tennis, or rock-climbing somewhere.
