FAQ

Is strength training safe for kids and teens?

Yes, when it is supervised and progressed by a qualified coach. We start with movement quality and bodyweight work and add load gradually.

How many sessions a week?

Usually 1 to 2 during the season and 2 to 3 in the off-season, depending on their practice load.

Small group or 1-on-1?

Both. Small groups are great for motivation and cost; 1-on-1 works best for athletes returning from injury or with specific goals.

Where is it?

Our gym is inside Evo Sports Club, 2790 El Camino Real in Santa Clara, about 12 to 15 minutes from Cupertino.
