Training for Los Gatos athletes

Los Gatos is an active town: trail runners, cyclists and a lot of youth soccer and lacrosse. We build the strength and resilience that endurance athletes skip, and the speed and landing control field-sport athletes need.

Our gym is a short drive from Los Gatos High, Leigh and Saratoga High, and we plan training around school seasons and club schedules.
