Training for Los Altos athletes

Los Altos athletes play everything from water polo and lacrosse to tennis and soccer. We train the qualities every sport shares: acceleration, jump and landing control, and strength that protects knees and shoulders. Testing is at our gym; regular sessions can happen at your home.

Our gym is a short drive from Los Altos High, Mountain View High, St. Francis and Pinewood, and we plan training around school seasons and club schedules.
