Training for Palo Alto athletes

Palo Alto is the edge of our drive-in area, so for most Palo Alto families we recommend training at home with a mobile coach and visiting our Santa Clara gym for force plate testing every few months. That keeps travel low and still gives you hard numbers on progress.

Our gym is a short drive from Palo Alto High (Paly) and Gunn, and we plan training around school seasons and club schedules.
